Project Snapshot

How do you bring nature into a high-rise brand without losing its urban sophistication? The Leaf needed to feel at home in New Rochelle while offering something city dwellers increasingly crave: a sense of nature, serenity, and space woven into everyday life.
-
We leaned into contrast. Organic and extravagant. Serene and expressive. Natural textures and lush greenery could live alongside the geometry, glamour, and polish of midcentury modern and Art Deco design. The result was an identity that brings the outside in without feeling rustic or expected.
-
The Leaf made nature the hero. Simple and immediately visual, the name gave us a way to build an entire world around growth, greenery, and the restorative side of city living. The messaging followed suit, pairing organic language with a more elevated point of view to create a voice that feels lush, modern, and distinctly urban.
That’s the nutshell.
